Our individual career coaching or career counselling services are targetted to meet your needs.

Sometimes you need to talk your career through with someone, one-on-one, to sort things out. It’s like getting a massage for your career!

When we work with you individually, we focus just on you and your situation. The work we do together depends on what sort of help you need. Your program will be uniquely tailored to meet those needs.

So if you need help finding a new career direction, or making a career decision, that’s what we’ll focus on. If you need help with your application for a specific job, that’s what we’ll focus on. It’s all about you.

Each session usually runs for an hour. The number of sessions you use is up to you. We can meet at your workplace, at a cafe, or at our office. Or we can “meet” over via phone, skype or email. Whatever works best for you.

We offer both “Remedial” and “Therapeutic” career massage:

  • Remedial - strategic, targetted assistance to get your career back on track
  • Therapeutic - guided career review and reflection to help you make sure you are making the right career decisions

Testimonial

“In just a few weeks, Wanda helped me to get my career back on track by assisting me to evaluate my current situation, identify what is important to me and set in place some clear objectives for the future. It all came from me, but Wanda was the catalyst.”
